VOTING for The People’s Alliance leader Sitiveni Rabuka will take Fijians back to 2000, says FijiFirst leader Voreqe Bainimarama.

He made the comments during a party campaign meeting at the Vashist Muni School Hall in Navua last Friday.

Mr Bainimarama said his government had removed uncertainty from the country.

He also claimed Mr Rabuka and National Federation Party leader Professor Biman Prasad were “in love” with the 1997 constitution.

He said the leaders of both PA and NFP were trying to take the country back to 2000 and if Fijians voted for Mr Rabuka, they would wake up to the 1990s the very next day.

Mr Bainimarama said the country could not afford any division and maintained his party was the only one that could unite Fiji and bring everyone together.
